While at a Toys “R” Us in Midland, Texas, some shoppers noticed a 3 month old baby unattended in a shopping cart. Apparently, one family member was responsible for taking the kids home so the other adults could shop, but he forgot the baby. Read the article here. Midland police Sgt. Alfredo Grimaldo said that it was a case of family miscommunication, and not child neglect. Thank God for that. I know it’s a crazed time of year and I can sympathize. But people. Let’s keep it together and focus on what’s important – not what’s on sale.
